Exactly. In any case this thread is about what NSC would rule, nothing to do with the courts, but it looks like there are a few Victor Meldrew's on here taking far it too seriously as if they were going to play a part of the decision. :facepalm:

Keep it. It's been there for 15 years, on his own land, no neighbours have complained about it. The council tax on the place is worth a decent amount of income for the local economy so it's a win win for the council. Can't say he's a beautiful man so the poll is daft for suggesting something...
