You work at Amex right? You need to have full outlook - not the web version. Open the message you wish to recall from Sent Items folder, click recall this message then 'delete from recripicants (sp) inbox'. once this is done you will get a success or fail message in your inbox.

Not sure what system you use for email. The outlook 'recall a message' has come in very handy in simalar situations to this, for me.
