    Do you still get paid in cash, then? My behaviour doesn't change with regard to card use / cash wherever I am in the world. It just changes what card I use, which is a decision whenever I use a card anyway!

    Revolut currently 1.1275 according to the app on my phone. Shows how it fluctuates, so even this method needs a careful bit of timing! (See Rugrat’s post #17 from not long ago)
