I'd have thought it unlikely to get one through NSC at that point, too. I certainly wouldn't be on NSC an hour before kick off if I wasn't able to go to the game, and certainly wouldn't be able to get my ticket to someone else at that point. :shrug:

Surely illegal is illegal. I guess it's treated as returned and re-sold? ???
