An update.
I got a short one line response from the ticket office saying that from their end the refund had been fully processed, needless to say nothing on my account to support that so far.
Not yet, still have the original payment showing as pending, so not sure if the club are not going to process this or they are going to issue a refund, Will have to keep watching my account closely over the next few days
Waiting for a response on payment as pending on credit card on whether they will not process or refund.
Fairly poor that the email didn't cover this in any detail.
Only on sale for 10 minutes, not too many would have been sold so hopefully this time the club will honour all those that have been sold regardless of whether over the revised threshold whatever than is
