Also the ban for a second yellow sending off is one game, therefore if an appeal was heard (it wouldn't be as you can't) then you can't increase the ban by 4 games for a frivolous appeal. Personally think the OP should receive a 7 day suspension from NSC for such a poorly thoughtout question
