I agree with you and that appears to be what the club are focusing on in the long term, but at the moment we don't have a plethora of players from the local area who are ready to play for the u21s/development squad so we will have to scout our players from elsewhere for the time being to fill...

The academy was only opened just over a year ago, it will take a number of years before we begin to see results... Give the club a chance.
