Mine was up early again today. By some fluke of God I've managed to find every single episode of Fraggle Rock on Kodi and shes loving it so we had a chilled couple of hours this morning.
Had a play, I went for a quick pee and came back to her colouring in our dining table cushions with...
Little ms spongys mother has gone away for the weekend getting larried up whilst I do daddy duties. We have a 15 month old who only started walking in earnest this week. She's bloody EVERYWHERE.
I'm tired!!!
But grandparents are taking her late morning so I can go to the pub and watch the...
Gad a pretty good night last night. Down at 8, woken up at 1.30 crying but got her back down within 15 minutes. And I got up with her at 7.30. That's a bloody good night for us. She's full of beans and tearing around the flat today and I'm feeling quite lovely so I've just opened a can of...
Yep, been there done that. Her particular favourite is when we've been to the local pub beer garden. The idea is to both watch her whilst little'un crawls around trying to eat everything (fag butts, little twigs, dead leaves, tree bark, weeds/flowers and particular favourite of fruit shoot...
It didnt:annoyed::annoyed::lolol::lolol:
Little'un is coming down with something as she's all snotty and whinging like a good'un.
I've just got her down for her afternoon nap and the missus has just said she's going to have a doze:censored::censored::annoyed::annoyed:
I obviously don't need...
We had friends round last night for dinner. We got little'un down at 19.45. Had quite a few drinks and a home made curry and were laughing and chatting until 1.30ish and then heard the cries from the bedroom and found a wide awake daughter sitting there. We got her back down at 4.
I got to bed...
Had a right mare last night.
10 month old daughter went down as normal at 8 last night. But was wide awake again at 2.30. Kept screaming the place down and finally managed to get her back down at 5.30. She's been up again since 8.15.
I'm a broken man today.
This is my first Father's Day too.
I have a 10 month old daughter who is into everything and usually thinks that 4-5 hours sleep is enough and let's me and Ms Spongy know that sleep is wasted time. Today however, I have been treated to a lay in until 9am. And had a monster English breakfast...
Well? How did it go????
I've been thinking about this on and off today as my mates wife gave birth to their 4th son this morning too. (God help his wife now with what will basically be 5 boys to look after)
Our little'un just doesn't need that much sleep :-(
She's 7 months old, she goes down at 9 and she's usually back up again between 1am and 3am and then sleeps until 7am. It's killing me. And the missus is back to work in 3 weeks so it's going to get harder as she does the majority of night time...
Little Miss Spongy stayed at nanna and grampys last night so I went to bed after watching our 20 second coverage on the FL show. Woke up at 7.45. Had a quick mouthful of OJ and went back to bed and actually slept til 9.45.
Mrs Spongy got up at 11.45. Lazy cow.
I needed that though, still a bit...
My 20 week old decided to wake up fully at 2.10am this morning😢😢😢😢😢😢
Took til 4am to get her back to sleep, and she woke up again at 6.10.
I've got her next to me on the sofa and I'm watching MOTD whilst she makes her Velociraptor noises she's been very fond of the last few weeks!!!!
I'm...
Haha. If my experience is anything to go by then she won't! Mine still wakes up every night, somewhere between 2am and 5am. Every night. I don't have a problem with that too much as the missus does night feeds during the week as I usually work a 12 hour day and need my sleep, and I do night...
A thread I can join in on 😀
Our 4.5 month old was up at 12.30, 2.30. 4.30 and 6.30 last night:mad::mad::mad::mad:
But she is just beginning to cut her first 2 teeth so she's been a bit "off" these last couple of days:(:(:(
As it's the weekend it's my turn for night feeds so I'm knackered...
