I think this deal is very close now. With Chelsea messing around with low bids for Caicedo I reckon our pursuit of Colwill has stalled and plan B is swinging into action.

The key question is whether we have actually given up on Colwill by now and if not then when decision day actually is.

I think we could well be interested in getting both players. If we do it may be more likely that Offiah goes on loan rather than Webster leaves.

It's being reported that this guy is plan b if we don't get Colwill. But the Colwill saga is still nowhere near being resolved. So this chap has to wait and twiddle his thumbs thinking will we or won't we sign him. Seems messy.
