Very much this. I actually feel let down by the players, fight and passion is not a strong quality in this squad in my opinion.

I think they know exactly what they are doing in the game and by going through the motions, they could get a new contract with us in the Championship next season, which certainly a good few would not get if we were promoted.

Or players who know if they get promoted they have the ability to play in the premiership or at least will be given the chance.
