I very much doubt the ticket office staff would feel the squeeze, they are as you say, a credit to the club, in my experience anyway, and don't forget this is the front line line of revenue generation, tickets and bums on seats, any shortcuts here would be false economy.

So, multiple car parks, multiple on site bus options,... a train station 100m from the ground, a major dual carriageway 100m from the ground,....... I see what you mean, woeful transport infrastructure, who wouldn't agree with you?!
