Saying surely with a 12 second lead he could pit and come back out in front. Dumb question if you have watched even a handful of races in you life (or even if you're capable of logical thought).
Agree, it's very nice watching knowing that Lewis will take the title at some point even with a couple of DNF's.
Would be good to see the Iceman take one last victory with Lewis taking Verstappen on the last lap.
This. You only have to take a vague interest and watch the odd race to pick up the basics.
On a different note, can't see Bottas holding off Vettel so a win may be needed to take the title today.
Max to take himself and Kimi out leaving Lewis to take the win? Kimi unlikely to yield anything with only a couple of races left in his career with a car likely to take a win.
Really poor strategy from Mercedes. Why have they wasted about 10 seconds on track when they must have realised they couldnt make the end. Hamilton will need a monster end to the race to take the title now.
If they are not 100% sure if Lewis will make it to the end they have to pit now or Lewis will come out behind Vettel who is now only 28 seconds behind.
Blistering on the Merc though. Can't see him getting to the end on these tyres but if he comes in now he will come out in 3rd. Kimi closing by a second a lap so looks as if Hamilton is cruising to get to the end which I think is the wrong strategy but almost too late to put now as Lewis will...
LOL, I thought that was my little one as I was getting her ready for bed.
Lewis for the title after another example of poor wheel to wheel race craft from Vettel.
What absolute dross. So nobody driving since the 80's can ever be considered a great?!
Agree that he has had some great cars, especially in recent years however that is just part of what is required to win a world title. Nobody could win the championship in the current McLaren for example...
