Christ you're missing the point...Im putting the success and failure of seasons down to the managers as that where the buck stops. Jones is still a cheap puppet and an inexperienced one...I don't like him and I want him gone like most albion fans. That's the size of it:wink:

Barking orders and the players ignoring them tells you things are not right and let's face it Jones is a bit of a weasle and not liked by many albion fans. If he kept his job and took over for a bit then you really have to question wtf is going on

Yes we got bloody lucky last season and I guess as a team finishing 6th you'd have to applaud both,but personally I don't like Jones and want him as far away from the club as possible. Fact is he's inexperienced and is out of his depth here...Just another cheap option :glare:

It's like you have been at your job 20 years and they employ a 16 year old to motivate you with their amazing experience...Jones and hyppia are a couple of clowns.

Jones can stand and shout all day long as it means jack shite...Problem is we have players who've played in a high division and are experienced,then you get a skinny Welshman who's played virtually all his career in the bottom two divisions.Just don't see players looking up to him or amazingly...

His job is to assist and he must have a say surely?otherwise you don't need an assistant:wink: The point is we have two very inexperienced people managing the squad and having two is not good for a club that has premier league ambitions.

Jones is out of his depth and basically he's an amature learning his trade.Problem is he should be learning his trade in league 1 or 2 and not here,both have to go and the next manager must get his own no 2 in as it's becoming a joke.
