Being a complete and utter klutz when it comes to anything with a keyboard I had to revert to the telephone to order my tickets. Wonderfully helpful and efficient staff who still have time for a conversational word to make callers feel that we are all part of the club. Can't praise them enough...

Had to pay extra to cover friendlies and potential cup games - £20 extra on a disabled pass. Worth it to avoid confusion & grief if needed and if not needed then what the hell, my tough luck :lolol:

Completely unable to buy online. Hopefully if I call the box office tomorrow they can get them to me by Friday along with my car park pass not yet received. Always a problem isn't it :shrug:

Gotta go on tomorrow and sort out new fan numbers to try and get 4 seats together so I can take 3 grandsons from Brum to the game. Not sure whether to go East (stunning view of the most impressive stand) or West Upper (for the birds eye view of the pitch)
