Yes he is. Minor misconduct, not gross misconduct, one game club imposed deselection, probably made to travel to Hudds so he can see what he is missing, and/or to enable CH to throw a smokescreen by saying “he’s carrying a minor knock”. But it is definitely discipline.

From what I’ve been told, one is for discipline, and two are for illness/injury. So they are all enforced.
