Did you even watch that Panorama link above? It shows fairly conclusively that both the US and UK governments knew Iraq was not a threat to either of our countries and that they lied to slaughter hundreds of thousands Iraqis and UK/US servicemen.

No. Not at all. It's very simple. If you commit a crime you are a criminal. When you are convicted you become a CONVICTED criminal. The conviction does not make you a criminal, the commision of the crime does.
Erm, I know I am Godwining here but there was a certain Austrian who was never convicted but I doubt anyone outside of the saddest right wing wankers would deny he was a war criminal.
