No,the block at the end of Hove Lawns,Used to belong to Mrs Eubank,only saving grace of that bunch of buildings is they hide the King Alfred. From Brunswick Square looking west,the first building on the Seaside.

Actually if that is,as I suspect,the view westwards from the beach near Brunswick Square. Hove Lawns is a massive improvement but Dave Gilmours new gaff ruins it.
