I have two questions: How does the universe end. I mean surely it can't be infinite can it. But at the same time it's just space so how can it stop you going any further? Secondly what would the universe have looked like before the Big Bang?

Good point I find the universe utterly fascinating. Interstellar was like a wet dream for me until is got a bit silly at the end. It needs to be kept relatively simple for me otherwise I do tend to lose interest

I find the distance to this neighbouring Galaxy alone mind boggling. 1 light year is approx 10 trillion KM in distance. This galaxy is 2.5 Million light years away. Astounding. When you then consider the universe as a whole it is almost to large to even comprehend. Anyone who thinks we are...
