All I can say GR is that mine works fine and I am very grateful for the far superior quality. Or I could just be lucky. But i'm just trying to pass on what i have found. Good luck mate!
Yes, in as much as the quality is a lot better. And the provider seems to assume that everyone has a brand new shinny pc or whatever device they use. Cheap pc doesn't have to mean crappy though does it ?
I found reducing quality on Seagulls t/v page under setting (the gear tab) makes things a lot more stable.
Just reducing from 720 HD to 720 made a big difference.
It depends what you want to watch it on. I did a little experiment this afternoon. Run it on my gaming pc win 10 100% perfect with 72 mbs internet connection. Then I tried my old 3 years old laptop a bit lumpy streaming just about acceptable, funny enough more problems with sound. Then I tried...
