    General Election 2015

The whole NHS argument by labour was a false one, they tried to move onto that ground as it's the ground where they do better.... But much of what they said was made up rubbish and they hoped people are stupid enough to believe it without critical enquiry. For 1 they proposed the least in...

    General Election 2015

its based on what he reads, or lying labour propoganda. Its a FACT that patient satisfaction in the NHS is at its second highest level ever....... but shhhhh dont tell anyone.

At least we can find this and file it under Comedy Gold, not like the 'Edstone' which seems to have vanished!

    General Election 2015

If Tories + L/D = majority, the L/D will def do it...... they have been decimated for going into coalition and part 1 has seen hard choices, abandon now and they will take a generation to recover. finish the job and if things improve they can recover quickly.

    General Election 2015

Sam Freedman, director of research and impact at TeachFirst. Ex-adviser to Michael Gove Samfr tweets: "Extraordinary rumours swirling - most incredible is that Tories think they might have got Balls in Morley and Outwood. Surely not." oh i hope so........ maybe the 2 Eds can split the cab fare

    General Election 2015

Feel massively let down by Blair, i really believed in him........ had so much hope in his leadership. Labour need to move towards the centre once more with either David Milliband or Chuka Umuna, then they may become mainstream electable again........

    General Election 2015

Totally agree, You cant apply national polls to predicted uniform swing in marginals. Incumbency plays a big role, a lot of good local MPs in constituencies will buck the national trend. Could end up Hove Labour, Pavilion Green, Kemptown Tory. Will come down to a few marginals in England, UKIP...

    General Election 2015

Farage has taken a day off from campaigning to do a touch of sabre rattling in the EU parliament. I actually agree with what he says about locking out Africans from selling goods on the European market

    General Election 2015

this, i agree with you. Def a centrist at heart, voted Tory in 92, new labour 3 times from 97, Tory in 2010...... but the more hard left policies offered by Labour now and even more so the SNP will end in economic calamity again (where a sustained period of everyone being squeezed occurs) as it...

    General Election 2015

He wont be as brief as Ed though matey, unless Labour can cobble together a majority government? My hunch Milliband will walk through downing street door sometime in May in a minority government, Dave will step down, the Tory's will have a coronation of Boris (who is hugely popular nationally)...

    General Election 2015

I'm all for coalitions HT, unless one party gets more than 50% of the national vote (not seats). I honestly do believe the SNP propping up labour will be a disaster and wont last the term as they are a narrow interest party, are labours biggest rival in Scotland, and not interested at all in the...

    General Election 2015

I quite like Danny Alexander, always calm and pretty reasoned arguments as has David Laws. Clegg however is a snake oil salesman.

    General Election 2015

That could the case in seats alone, but that reflects the perverseness of FPTP and not having PR (the only truly fair system where Every vote Counts) and doesn't often reflect national view. It also doesn't assume that the 65-70% who didn't vote labour are not anti labour. Because of...

    General Election 2015

Well that's that then get through a queens speech and all is averted. There are só many reasons why it would be chaos. It would be far better to have Labour on its own than propped up as a puppet of Sturgeon and salmond. For one the SNP, who by the way have a 7 billion black hole in Scotlands...

    General Election 2015

But they don't, Farage with 12-14% of electorate will get less than 5 seats. SNP with 4% of electorate will get 50 seats. UKIP won't be a kingmaker that is scaremongering. SNP will definitely be kingmaker to Labour and third largest party.in Westminster... Even though 6th in support behind...

    General Election 2015

dear deluded from Germany, Our dear leader has gone around the world and gathered many failed policies from other failed/failing socialist states and bundled them all up into a nice red book. Many of these failed policies, like a mansion tax which has FAILED in france (cannot even be discussed...

    General Election 2015

Yes, wasn't Boris spot on to brand Ed Milliband a hypocrit about Non Doms... "is this the very same Ed Milliband that sat around the cabinet table for Years and did absolutely Nothing"

    General Election 2015

I agree with your sentiment though the family up the road from you is an extreme example and sound like theyre bent. Nearly all of Labour's policy has been written by millionaire champagne socialist career politicians. Helping the poorest and neediest in society should be the goal of every...
