[Albion] Will Moises Caicedo be an Albion player when the transfer window SLAMS shut?

Palace's ticket prices are roughly the same as ours, I think. In fact ours may even be cheaper once the transport levy is accounted for. There does seem to be no financial point in investing in stadia unless it results in extra capacity that will be filled every week. It appears that fans are...

[Albion] Will Moises Caicedo be an Albion player when the transfer window SLAMS shut?

Our stadium is 20% bigger, so it follows that non-TV revenue is around 20% more. Pitchside advertising and shirt sponsorship is going to reach a similar number of viewers, so it would make sense that the income from that is similar. This might change in the current season with European...

[Albion] Will Moises Caicedo be an Albion player when the transfer window SLAMS shut?

Difference in turnover for 21-22 season of £174.5m for BHA compared to £160m for Palace isn't that much in terms of percentage, but that's because majority of revenue for both clubs is from TV money. Our TV money was 126m. The other 48.5m will come from matchday income (about 20m) and...

£10,000,000? I'd be dissapointed if it wasn't a bit more than that!

I think you're missing the sarcasm in the post you quoted. You're right though. There's no such thing as a fair price when it comes to transfers. It costs whatever the seller is willing to sell for.

[Albion] Will Moises Caicedo be an Albion player when the transfer window SLAMS shut?

I don't think he'd have signed that new and long (potentially 5 year) contract in March if he hadn't considered the possibility of sticking around for at least one more season if we didn't get the right offer this summer. And the longer this window goes on and in to pre-season training and...
