My original point was that I think that at approx 29.5k including 1.5k Burnley, this will be the most home fans (tickets sold anyway) ever at the Amex. Wolves will have been close, but I think that they would've accounted for over 2k of the 30k that day.
But Wolves more or less sold out their full allocation, didn't they? I certainly remember a very good turn out from them. The only other games (that I can think of) where we had an attendance of 29k+ were for the Palace league game in March 2013 and the 2 play off games, both of which had about...
Does Paul Barber have a username on here, I wonder. I'd love it if he was actually BG.
About 60 seats left, of which 20 are family stand - this is going to be sold out. Is the ST exchange still operational? It's possible that one of our tickets may be available.
Burnley are expected to bring around 1500-2000 aren't they? That would mean that they'd need about 3-4 blocks, so S1B - S1D (and possibly half of S1E) are the Burnley sections, with the remainder of S1E as a buffer. So sounds sensible that no more South stand tickets would be made available.
Same here: Early train down booked for 2. Dropping the missis off in London to go and see a friend of hers, and then meeting her back in the smoke for tea. I'll have to make an effort to not be really bad company if we lose.
