Believe it or not we do have a regulator for broadcast, its called Ofcom. If you really step out of line you lose your licence, eg Iran's Press TV Its not Daily Mail or Morning Star TV, at least not yet.

Well I hope you're right. On the whole British TV news is fair and balanced, there is not a heavy bias. We want the news reported not opinions, if you want that you have Talk Radio, LBC etc
