I paddle boarded from the king alfred to the palace pier & back (1.5 hrs) in beautiful sunshine this afternoon & then had a 7 minute swim (1st 2 were cold & then got used to it) before returning to work for the late afternoon. Gutted to be in London tomorrow otherwise I'd do it again
