I wouldn't be so dismissive - I don't think you'll find many Derby fans who think Keogh would be premier league bound, but at the same time few would be surprised if he left for a championship club. Anything over £1m or so and someone has had their pants pulled down though.

Clement hasn't made his mind up yet, but I don't think it will be Keogh again as I don't think he'd be a regular starter. He was skipper under Schteve though.

He certainly divides opinion, but for £4m I'd give him a backy down here on my grifter. Quick, but not at all commanding, liable to brain freezes. Won't be in our first XI now Shackell is back, I believe we tried to offload him as part of that deal as well.
