Might be being thick, but isn't Bray in Berkshire, the one on the river? If so, been passed it on the boat, lovely place but couldn't moor up anywhere :-(

Edale, Derbyshire Castleton, Derbyshire Falmouth, Cornwall Whitby, North Yorks Stein, Skye All fantastic places for a variety of reasons. I'd prefer all of them to be a little quieter, but if no-one went there, they would lose some of their fun stuff.
