I got NOTHING in the first round and have had no email inviting me to the second ballot. excellent.

None for me....though i'm kind of pleased. Getting none means i get priority in the next round of tickets... I could have eneded up with JUST the gymnastics (which i wasnt overly fussed about) and then have lost my priority in the second stage.

From what I remember I think we pretty much applied for all the big events. 100m/200m final, cheap opening ceremony, a Jessica Ennis day, some swimming days, Triple Jump final. Basically £800 worth so nowhere near as much as some people applied for but I still hoped I'd at least get one in the...

I was told I was MAD for gambling £700 quid on this ballot. Seems I may have been a little too restricted. Still, plenty of time left.
