Heat can cause people will illnesses they could have lived with for years to die of respiratory problems, in France in 2003 almost 15000 people died during a terrible heatwave of heat related deaths. Not just the old and sick that would have died anyway going a couple of days earlier.

I just wonder if it would be possible to see one cool day for every 2 or 3 very hot days, just to give a little relief???

Sadly for people who are already old or sick this level of heat really can kill, so technically a little bit more than pleasantly warm for some
