    Yes Peoples Park in the Sky It was built by Marcos for Ronald Reagans visit which was canceled due to Marcos political Problems, The building was never finished, I was there a few weeks ago as it has a grand view of Lake Taal and it is a worse state now than ever,

    Its called Taal Volcano and is on Lake Taal which is actually a volcano within a volcano crater, I have been up that volcano on horseback poor horse. Im the macho one with a seagulls cap
