Well it depends on what you want. Test cricket was always about not losing first and winning next. I would much prefer us to grind out a draw than lose going for it.

Agreed. Much more entertaining seeing batsmen out for low scores but hitting out at everything and losing.

Many years ago, when faced with this situation a draw was a distinct possibility. Now with all the big hitters with no technique, we will be all out before tea.
