Source? I'm not certain there is a right or wrong answer, I'd argue that it depends on the target audience to an extent and whilst it's probably technically ok to join 3 words with 2 apostrophes it is probably not best practise in most cases.
Yeah I got, that was just trying to think if it's rock 'n' roll in English to have two apostrophes in one word (as opposed to 2 or more apostrophes in 2 or 3 concatenated words) but I guess it is as per example above
I guess it's logical and possibly grammatically correct for say a play script or fiction book, but it does look wrong, I doubt you would ever use/see it used on anything formal. Maybe in the olden days 'twas'n't or something.
