Not a particular opinon, as such, but The Pickwick papers by Dickens shows how a Jury worked or could be worked in the mid 19th Century. It is still the same today.
That's what I thought. Also interesting this point that Alex Hales might have kicked Ali in the face causing the injuries rather than Stokes as there is no CCTV footage to show that he didn't. Smells to me but may sway the jury.
With the potential summing up due Monday lunchtime have I missed Kai Barry and William O'Connor describing what happened? If not are they due to give their version of events on Monday? Who will call them the prosecution, the defence for Ali or defence for, flash the cash to get in closed...
After that stand Stokes must be wishing he'd pleaded guilty, whether he is or not.

Interesting point. The house does seem to contain some dark force that is forcing it's owners into unsavoury actions. The court case should be suspended and Mulder and Scully need to investigate this Chav Palace to find what is the root cause of this evil.
Good comment. Yesterday's comments were based on the prosecution line. This is that he was spoiling for a fight. First the bouncer, then winding up the two gay men and finally getting what he wanted after the bottle struck the shoulder. All recorded (maybe not the bouncer). Day 1 obviously more...
I see it as similar to a live football match or at least a cricket match without time restraints. Comment on what happens today and not be sure what will happen over the ensuing days. Deep in your heart you know England will lose.
