[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

The two blocks held back (W1A and E1H) are I am sure for segregation reasons. If there is not demand then they can simply use a whole block as a sterile area. In reality though we typically can have just 5 columns of segregation. It's for this reason I suggested E1H could be offered to Coventry...

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

If we sell out clearly the clubs decision will be justified. But we can’t we say they may be able to have E1H once we know if we might need it? We got over 6000 to Villa and it was a great day out. As many as possible who are associated with Coventry should able to enjoy their day out.

Was it Southampton in ‘86? We was in the 6th round draw a few years back as played Hull on the monday night.

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

Winning this game is worth a decent sum. £90k minimum extra prize money £124k minimum TV money (on basis a Q4 if guaranteed a TV slot) £270k minimum gate receipt money (based on 45% of a 30k gate with an average £20 ticket price) So, half a mil for winning one game guaranteed with the chance...

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

Another issue with opening the upper tiers late or once all lower tier seating is gone is what do you do for late comers who want or need the lower tier, maybe due to mobility issues. For the pre season friendly this was the case. Mum expressed an Intersst in going the day before but decided...

Ha, well that underscores i missed it then as I thought it went on sale on Thursday. Yes, I was one of the 3200.

And of course, it’s not on the telly (although that is kinda covered by the statement it’s a Saturday 3pm game) And, at this moment in time, there isn’t a train strike

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

Are you wrong though? There are just over 6000 left from what went on sale. I’m not sure what the actual numbers are of the ESL, WSL and north are but if it was 12k, that’s 3k a day sold. If we kept that rate up all will be gone in less than a week. Adding to that, I missed it went on sale and...

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

They already have the full whack. The debate here is about given them a bit more than the full whack. FWIW I think the cup is valued and will come close to selling out, so long as the club don’t stall for too long releasing rhe upper tiers.

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

To answer the first question, and already answered, away fans can be accomodated in the G and H blocks of the East Lower. There is already concourse segregation that can segregate just H hlock or G and H. It’s been used before, most recently, I think Arsenal. The difference for Arsenal is they...

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

As an away fan I hate upper tiers only. Necastle is a fine example. But anyhow, I think the ESU is about 5k so similar to the current options. Also there is then the issue of the away mob being above the family stand - not ideal.

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

Could not agree more. E1G all the way around to include the entire south (including corners) would be about 6k and has perfect segregation in place.

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

The concensus is we will need the upper tiers but it appears the club have taken a cautious approach after the super low turn out against Palace. The problem with the current policy is many are now waiting for the upper tiers to open thus giving BHAFC a lower projected demand than is actually...

[Albion] Are you in favour of giving Coventry a bigger than 15% allocation?

Coventry took over 8000 to MK Dons in the last round and although we are a little further away, the consensus on their forum is that the 4500 (15%) allocation will likely sell out to season ticket holders. It would be pretty easy for the club to give them H block in the East Lower thus...
