Finally got through using Internet Explorer! (which worked when Firefox and Chrome didn't).

Are you using Windows Vista by any chance?

After getting this with Firefox, I tried with Chrome. Just gone through the whole process again and getting the same problem. So using Chrome instead is not the solution. Giving up now.

Not working for me either (Firefox) I get 'Seats held for season ticket holders' - but it doesn't display my ticket and clicking 'Proceed' just takes me back to the previous page.
