It was implied. He said Diouf had received racial abuse at Millwall, and then (talking about Brighton fans) said "and I'm sure they were...". He was almost certainly just going to say 'giving him abuse too' but there was an implication that it could have been racial.

That's certainly how I heard it.

He said "You should have heard the racial abuse he got at Millwall, and I'm sure today...." without finishing the sentence.

Did he just accuse our fans of racial abuse?!
