Do you know the Southern Rd area in Hampden Park or the Marsden Rd area in Langney

Had a look at a couple of houses today, one in Hampden Park and one in Langney, the houses were really nice but a bit worried looking at the replies on this thread, it looks like these are two of the areas to avoid, even more confused now

minimum two bed, heart problem Eastbourne is so much flatter in the main, off road parking would be ideal, prefer house or bungalow

I am and always will be Albion Also run the Blues Away Supporters Club coaches from Eastbourne, so travel is no problem as I always seem to get booked on it

Schools and pubs not an issue but a bus route into town is as my missus needs to get a bus into Brighton for work Up to £150k really as I have looked at a few places down there and that should cover it
