Storm Emma which is due to hit us Thursday morning is looking horrendous for the south. All day Thursday into the night then either snow on Friday or freezing rain :facepalm:

Just been to the shop in Plumpton Green and it was good to see loads of kids out enjoying it. I don't suppose many kids of primary school age have seen snow as heavy as this before.

Snowing again in Plumpton. A Sparrow just flew down to the ground and completely disappeared under the snow. It would appear mid Sussex has taken quite a hit.

Must've had a decent amount around 5am in Plumpton. Certainly 2-3" here,

Well that was a pretty wild one in BN7 last night!!!!

No rain forecast until at least NEXT weekend with cold, frosty nights and warmish days if you can get out of the breeze. I'm going to have to get the hosepipes out soon at the Rockery if this continues!!!!!!!
