I hear you, and I was impressed by his performance - but I saw quite a bit of him under Potter and he was okay, nothing more. Albeit he did play out of position often.

I agree. He adds a physicality in the midfield we sorely lack, as does Baleba, which is a big area I think won us the game against Nottingham Forest. That said, I haven’t seen that much from him to justify any sort of hype that he can become a top player for us.

Generally agree, and I think he did okay tonight - pass leading to the second penalty was a good moment which won’t show as an assist, for example. However, I wouldn’t say I’m a big fan of him playing wide generally. He’s just very square on - reminds me of when Adam Virgo played right back...

It was very strange, because I could tell within seconds he wasn’t right. Body language was wrong from the first few steps on the pitch, nearly cost us a goal and couldn’t run to get back. Strange one, looked like he’d rather be anywhere else,

My hunch is he is still a couple of 90 minute games with the U21’s away, but with our injury situation who knows? Just hope he isn’t rushed back, but trust the management and coaching team to do what’s right
