My final word on Tarantino. He shouldn't be on this thread as none of his films are underrated....

Recently rewatched this and found it just as good as the first time I watched it, decades ago (bearing in mind it was made in the 80s). Criminally underrated. edit - also free to watch on youtube I believe.

Have to agree. Nobody would ever watch a Tarantino film for realism but the dialogue he writes is just movie talk nonsense, noone would ever say that shit! His films couldn't be more hammy (which I appreciate is deliberate but just irritates the hell out of me). Most overrated writer/director...

Exorcist 3 is the best in the series imo.

Loved this as a child more than Star Wars. Still love it now, partly because of a classic John Barry soundtrack.
