We already have ALL of the players, from the third best academy side in the country to choose from, if we want back up players with potential.

I'm not sure a single poster has 'written him off', and certainly nobody has called him 'a flop'. He's done brilliantly for his age, but in the opinion of many, we need more than just potential. If there was an 'idiot test' on NSC, and comprehension formed a part of it, you'd fail, I'm afraid.

Not at all. I think you might be forgetting the quality of PL wingers. I'm sure the lad has loads and loads of potential, but potential won't keep us up. If we want a kid to shadow the first choice players in any position, I'd expect (and hope) that Potter will first assess the dozens of young...

He's quite well rated, and his stats look good (in a very attacking side). The evidence of my own EYES, however (in the FA Cup game at the Amex, and in the three Derby play off matches) suggest that he is really not very good at all. Cannot defend for shit.
