I'd say there is literally NO CHANCE we (or any other club, tbh) would agree to such a clause in any player's contract.
That's not to day informal agreements might not be promised, but contractual obligations? Nah.
Not the case though, at all.
There are no clubs in the Championship that we couldn't outspend IF WE CHOSE TO.
They can offer wages above what we are prepared to pay, yes. That's not the same thing.
I don't think they are missing anything in that particular respect.
Clubs give bonuses for STAYING up in the Prem, as well as for GOING up. As a Sunderland fan, you of all people ought to know that?

I'm a big fan of Stockdale, but I wouldn't go that far.
If he's wearing a Palace shirt, I'll be wishing him nothing but the most outrageous of poor fortune, for every second of every match. As is right and proper.
Yes it is. That is exactly what it is.
In his post introducing the new 'member of the family', he goes out of his way to thank the company that provided and trained it.
 No, why would it be?
I saw DS's instagram posts about his new dog. Its a massive scary looking, specially trained 'personal protection dog' that I wouldn't want anywhere near my kids.
That's all.
Yes.
There were one or two (Westwood, Marshall) that were realistic as well as half decent.
(Then 25 that are completely unrealistic, 20 that are shit anyway, 4 that have retired, and a couple that are dead)
