£198 per tyre, plus the balancing etc. You can get cheaper tyres for it, and my colleague did on his, but we claim it all back, so might as well go for the good ones.

Happily mine is a company car, so apart from the big pound of flesh the taxman takes for the privilege, none of the costs fall to me. Just as well - cost £500 for two TYRES recently! Ridiculous.

I've had 3 adults sat in the back, and it's fine for modest journeys, but yes, the rear leather seats are really designed for two.

There is, yes. Now no-one ever DREAMED of owning a car like the one I drive. It's just not the stuff of dreams. It is, however, beautifully engineered to the smallest detail. Of course we all hate busy traffic, etc, but at least I suffer that traffic in comfort - heated leather seat...

Absolutely. I always dreamed as a kid, of owning a brown, 6-speed Fiat Panda.
