Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

Got away with one there, should have been about the pricing Bozza used above as Friday was Category A.

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

It will depend on the game, as you're now paying the full price, which is subject to category pricing. Should be somewhere between £10 and £20 (plus booking fee) I think, but will also depend on the cost of season ticket (renewed Season Tickets are cheaper and thus the upgrade will cost more).

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

The club says it's only if you need to upgrade the ticket, so if it's same age bracket you should be fine.

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

I've mentioned it earlier in the thread, but it does make sense to limit it if the club having sold out, or anticipate selling out, what they consider their Season Ticker Allocation. Securing a seat that's mostly empty isn't great for the club, as the hypothetical person isn't spending on things...

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

Sorry. To answer Carrot Cruncher's question properly, you can transfer and you can upgrade up six times still "Any such upgrades can be processed no more than six times per season ticket holder per season and will be charged at the price of the match ticket minus the pro-rata value of the season...

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

Nah, it says you can sell them for face value or lower, as long as it's not being resold online. Basically you can give/sell to mates etc... for face value or less. You can't sell or transfer the whole season ticket though, just on a match by match basis. It's not clear though. It says "Any...

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

They already do price them on perceived demand, that's why the club have match categories. On a C grade match, the £42 tickets are £35 for example. Seems to be a £6 or £7 reduction from A to C in general.

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

I'd disagree with that very much. It's just what you love. Some people love concerts or films in the same, or very similar way. For me football draws me in far more passionately than my other examples, but I know people who will go to gigs as frequently, or more frequently, than I watch football...

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

Presumably because £42 is what the market can bare. Beyond other elements (like the fact that the club would then have to bring down the cost of season tickets to keep them good value), the £10 reduction means the club has to sell 1.3x as many tickets to make the same money. They're making the...

Season Ticket Match Upgrade - Taking the Mick

Double booking fee, particularly with print at home, is being unreasonable. I can understand one fee to accommodate the process of upgrading (although it's still taking the piss a bit), but a second one is just utterly unfair. Do agree with Notters thought that this by not pro-rating the...
