    Stuck TWICE today! It's becoming an embarrassing joke. Who the hell is going to take a ride in the thing if there's a distinct chance you'll be trapped? Not good for the city and not good for British Airways. Wonder if they're reconsidering their sponsorship?

    Shirley one challenge will be that there are unlikely to be return customers (once you've been up that's it) so they will be depending on "new" customers all the time? Unlike a pier where people are happy to enjoy the experience on multiple occasions.
