The nicest thing I can say after listening to that is that it is clearly an acquired taste.

Song name not familiar so I just listened to it on YouTube. Not impressed and definitely had not heard it before. I spent the 70s and most of the 80s in North America; maybe he didn't make it big over the pond.

My opinion, for that's what it is, is just as relevant as the opinions of the majority on here who think he was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I obviously missed the sub-heading on the thread stating "all posts must be unfailingly positive".

Major Tom was the only thing of his which I liked. I would not be able to name one other Bowie song.

He never ever impressed me either as a musician or a person. I guess we're all entitled to our own opinions.
