In an ideal World quite true, however we will both remember, in days of yore, that when one of your team (or more) got crocked you ended up being numerically disadvantaged. And worse still, sadly the game has become so mercenary you might well find players targeted, and put out of the game...
Why Chris is a good manager, but some way short of being a great one. Totally predictable now, that when we are a goal up in the second half he subs, and sets the team up to preserve our lead, instead of increasing it. And inevitably seems to get caught out.
