My 12 year old Collie Cross has been set upon at least a handful of times. And when addressing the owner to enquire why their manic dog's not on a lead or muzzled, I get the same reply every time .... "He's never done that before". The trouble is it's this minority that get responsible owners a...- fat old seagull
