Fair point. Put more bluntly - as away fans we get treated like second class citizens when we go away (Newcastle, Man City, Man Utd, Arsenal, Brentford and Spurs being the most notable). We should do the same.

I wonder how things would have worked out if we'd done like most PL clubs (Forest and Sheff U. excepted) and stuck the away fans in the most obscure sections of the stadium instead of a lovely and accommodating behind the goal view.
