Fair enough - ta. I'm just as irritated by this sort of thing as anyone - but would rather the 'purchaser' finds out sooner rather than at the turnstiles.

I think that if that is the case (and I know I'm probably going to get slated for this), then the person concerned needs to be notified that the tickets have been cancelled and the person who offered the tickets equally informed of their actions and consequences.
