michelin stars ain't worth the ratings,ive worked in 2 and 3 star,and eaten in restaurants in france that piss over both, and aren't in any guides,dont believe the hype!!!!!!. Same goes for the chefs,and if im not mistaken,you can only acheive 3 * if the head chef is the proprietor

went to the red lion shoreham this afternoon,had a nice HOMEMADE,CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS PIE,with 4 veg,and decent gravy,very nice,7/10
